Send request

Open the LNQ app and tap on Log into existing account. Scroll down and tap on Forgot password?. Enter the Meta ID that is associated with your account and submit the request for a reset code.

Check email

Shortly after submitting the request, a reset code will be sent to the email associated with your account. Copy the code from the email and paste it into the field in the LNQ app. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

Reset password

Now your password should be reset. Sign into your account with your new password to verify that the change has been made.
